The tiger's leftside front and back legs are blocked by Neya and the tiger itself. We simply can't see them.

Its ok to use these pictures for non-profit purposes, including tattoos. In fact, you'd not be the first to use this picture. A tattoo artist adding it to their folder is a different thing.
