Judging from her bottom hand, it looks like the hilt is thin. Perhaps it is a short-sword of chaos? But then, why does she need two hands... chaos must be heavy.

And you people haven't seen the old boxed 1972 edition of the original D&D system. It had at least three topless ladies in their illustrations. It's only due to the 'mainstreamization', if you will, of D&D that has limited the artwork that may be displayed. On a side note, I like how Mr.(?) Ackegård uses sexy poses and nudity but in a tasteful technique, and not just as smut.
